Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3X9AV)

I recently got a laptop from a family friend that had no storage drive.  I bought a crucial p2 500gb nvme ssd for it and now need to install windows.  However when I go to install windows it does not show up in the windows installer.  I have narrowed down the issue to it being set up in a raid mode instead of AHCI but I do not know how to change this.  There is also no advanced option in the bios (Insyde version F.43).
How do I get the drive to show up in the windows installer or get to the advanced option?
