Product: HP EliteBook 1040 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4B926AV)

I can only get into my PC when I am charging with my charger and cannot boot with only battery.However,my battery health is completely fine and I can use my laptop for hours without charging if I dont shut it down.The only problem is that I can not boot my laptop without a charger

I have an extented coverage till the next year. Can I send my laptop to HP to fix the problem?
