Product: Pavilion Gaming — 15-cx0142ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I'm shutting down notebook, by pressing "Shut Down" button in Windows, all indicators are shutting down, fans turns off, and all is good.

 

But after 5 secs, my usb mouse ( connected to notebook ) starting to flash again.

What should I do, please help!

By the way mouse stops flashing, if I plug it to left-side usbs. It only flashes on eight-sided usb, near to AC adapter port

Hi

Check the BIOS for Wake on Lan or KeyBoard start etc etc.
