Hello, 

 

I have this problem with my HP 4S-DK0115AU running Windows 11 laptop :

1. If I shutdown the computer and then closed the lid, after reopening the lid, the computer cannot power up on battery. I have to plug in the power cord to turn on the computer, after that there is a message about BIOS/CMOS error (502), after pressing Enter, the computer works normally, the battery indicator shows no problem at all.

2. If I shutdown the computer and keep the lid opened, I can turn on the computer normally either on battery alone or with power cable plugged in.

 

Any suggestion for this problem?
