I have an older EliteBook 8470p and the BIOS downloads are not available anymore. Any way to find download file for

System BIOS Update F.42 for 8470w, 8470p

You can find all of the available previous BIOS downloads for your notebook by clicking to expand the Revision History section on the latest BIOS' update page at the link below.

 

HP EliteBook 8470p Notebook PC Software and Driver Details

 

First you will see all of the release notes from the previous versions and then the links to the actual downloads.

 

Note that if your notebook has BIOS version F.50 or newer, you cannot go back to an earlier BIOS version.
