Product: HP Notebook - 15-f387wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)

I just bought this notebook the other day. Upon start up, Cortana does start up, does have sound but it wont get past "ok, let's dig in" I'm getting the dotted circle going around with "Just a moment..." I have yet to get to my home screen. I know nothing about laptops. I'm unsure of the OS.

For some reason the installation process may be stuck. I recommend you reset your device to factory default condition (resetting Windows) and eventually try to set Windows 10 up again.

 

Here is an official guide. Try this option called "Perform a Windows 10 system reset through Windows Recovery Environment"

Make sure you do NOT connect to a Wi-Fi network or to a cable network during the setup. Create a local account
