Cap locks blink 5 slow 3 fast - blank screen

power turns on, can hear fan running.

caplocks just blink 5 slow and 3 fast after.

ive tried bios recovery with windows B

hard reset

changed memory modules

I’m not too sure on which “blinks” to apply to chart. 

The 5 slow ones or the 3 fast ones?
