Every time I turn on my laptop the caps lock blinks 5 long and 3 short.
HP Support document on caps lock codes
I know what's wrong I just cant figure out how to fix it.
I've already tried soft and hard resets and the virtual assistant was no help.
Restarting with the bios menu doesn't work either from computer or usb.

Hello @SnakeEyes267
Last update for you
In your case: Service required !
- The notebook should normally be disassembled and checked
- [Always recommended] Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- [Always recommended] The function of the fan must be checked.
- Check for short circuit
- Desolder bios, reflash, solder in
- General cleaning ...
If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook ( chip level ) repair store.
The solution is that there is no solution except service repair.
Good luck

I will not be marking this as a solution because it isn't one. There're no solutions for this on this community page because of people like you who are only looking for your comments to be marked as solutions when they aren't.
Don't bother replying anymore.
