Here is an overview of HP's blinking codes: https://support.hp.com/sk-en/document/c01732674

Scroll downwards till you find "BIOS flashing light error codes for computers released..."

Hope this helps,

Hello Greetings

7 Blinks could be BIOS failure:

- Power unit off

- Remove AC adapter

- Press power button 30 seconds

- Connect AC power and test

If issue persists

- Power unit off

- Press Win plus B and then power button

If issue persists you unit must be serviced, you must contact Hp Support

Hey, did you solve the issue?

I have this error with 7 times blinking of Caps Lock and Num Lock.

Can't get bios running at all. Just the keys blinking.

Tried to remove bios battery but nothing helped.

Also removed all the components like keyboard, display, keyboard, wifi card, SSD, HD, speakers.... nothing helps.

HP probook 450 G3

Thanks
