HP Recommended

I have a HP pro book 450 g2

 

I haven't used it in years and I just plugged it back in and the power button and caps lock button is blinking in unison like every half second. 

 

 

 And the charger port orange light is blinking quicker 

 

I can't get it to start. 

 

I took out the battery and tried starting it that way but it won't start no fans nothing. Put it with the battery in as well and try to charge it so it can start and nothing happens no fans nothing
