Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr1011dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey. I have a HP x360 that randomly stopped working. The LED light for the power button comes on and blinks like its trying to turn on and then the caps lock flashes 3 slow and 5 fast. I have tried resetting and the usually options, but it still will not power on. Any ideas?

Please try a hard reset and see if it works.

  • Power off your laptop
  • Remove the a/c adapter, battery and everything that is attached to your laptop.
  • Hold the 'POWER' button down on your laptop for about 10 seconds.
  • Plug in the a/c power supply (without battery) and power on.
