Product: HP ProBook 4515s Notebook PC

The caps lock is blinking 5 times and then stops. I've tried all the methods possible and no luck. Please can you assist me to resolve this problem as I bought this laptop from a private owner on sale and I'm experiencing these issues. When I put the laptop on for the first time it came on then went to the BIOS setup. After I switched the laptop Bios never showed up again and then cap lock starts blinking  5 times then stops. I even tried to change the ram but no luck with that. Why does caps lock blink 5 times then stops? Thanks.
