The embedded controller times out waiting for the BIOS.
Remove all accessory devices from the notebook.
If the error code persists, contact support for possible repair.
All of the above did not work, tried to reboot several times whilst pressing different key combinations

This is a Hardware issue and you need to contact HP Support for Service Options
Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
