Hp pavilion notebook 17
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using HP pavilion notebook 17. Whenever i try to turn it on, capslock light keeps on blinking and fan turns on. I've tried to use methods which are already described like as pressing windows key + B/ V with power button. I've tried the way of removing battery and directly inserting the charger. But all in vain. Please assist me by providing suitable option. I'm worried about it.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Note that specific patterns of long and short blinks along with long and short beeps (where applicable) identify errors during the startup process.
Newer computers have two-part blink sequences with different color lights to indicate specific errors and you may click here and troubleshoot on your own, or check below:

Light and beep pattern - 2.2 (blink) - The main area (DXE) of BIOS has become corrupted, and there is no recovery binary image available. (Also happens when updating the BIOS.)

Solution: Perform BIOS recovery with external media (USB or CD-ROM). Go to HP Notebook PCs - Recovering the BIOS for additional information.

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
