Hi, So i have Hp Pavilion 14 v207TX, I want to boot it up and It show Esc for pause startup (it show .bc i just place a new hardisk for storage). but when i choose the right storage That contain Windows file, suddenly my y screen Went black and Capslock light blinking. I don't know capslock code, but, It show 3 continous blink and then Going long Black light and keep looping. Can someone tell me  this is a minor issue? i really want to use my laptop as soon as possible. i tried unplugged everything like my Ram,  SSD, and My HDD Caddy and put it back to place, but still . blinking 

 

Note. my operating system was Windows 10 64Bit and my laptop was Hp Pavilion 14 v207TX

Thanks for the detailed description — that blinking Caps Lock LED is actually an HP diagnostic code indicating a hardware issue.

Hi, i really appreciated it for you to reply my post, But sadly, after i read the Capslock code during startup, theres no meaning about 3 times blink. (because my laptop doesn't support dual light so my capslock only in white colour. and i tried googling it and they say the problem is between my ram and my bios. so i unplug my ram and seated in the other side and still won't work. and i unplu the cmos battery to reset the bios but still blinking 3 times.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re still facing the issue despite trying those troubleshooting steps.

 

Try HP BIOS Recovery:

Power off the laptop.

Hold the Windows + B keys together and press the Power button (keep holding the keys until the BIOS recovery screen appears).

Follow the on-screen instructions to recover or reset the BIOS.
