Product: Pavilion TouchSmart 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Laptop turns on but the screen is black and the caps lock button light is blinking once every few seconds. The light on the wireless button is red. The power light on the side of the laptop is on and the charging light is on and white. When I close the laptop instead of going into sleep mode it stays in this condition. I have not used the laptop at all today but accidentally left it on and unplugged for a little over 5 hours.
