Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I formated my laptop and when I try internet explorer it keeps saying certificate error how do I fix this problem?

From what I recall, the DV6 laptops came with Windows 7, not Vista -- so why are you claiming to run Vista?

 

If you are running Vista, that has long since been unsupported by Microsoft and HP, so there is nothing now we can do to help you with this.
