Product: HP 650 NOTEBOOK
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hey, my laptop "HP 650 NOTEBOOK" won't turn on, everything was working fine, until it turned off, i tried to charge it and it worked, then it turned off completely without any sign, I've tried to unplug everything and nothing works, when the ac adapter and the battery are connected the charger port blinks 3 times.

I assume the battery is drained, and if so what am I supposed to do?
