HP Recommended

Chromebook ho touch screen laptop. 
when starting up, it freezes on the locked screen (where we’re can login to our profile) 

I’ve held the power button until it restarted, still frozen. 
I’ve done the refresh button, still frozen. 
I’m not sure what else to do, or why it’s frozen, and won’t even let me login.
