Operating System: Chrome OS

I have a Chromebook that I bought at the end of 2020. It has barely been used. It accidentally got left in my car in cold weather. Now it blinks between the red light and the green light. I started writing a book and what I have written is on my Chromebook. I want to get it working again because it's practically new, even though I bought it at the end of 2020. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. I tried to do a hard reset on it but that didn't work because the light still flashes. Thank you in advance.
