@191919191, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP Chromebook 15 is not powering on, even after trying different chargers. Let's walk through some steps to help get your Chromebook up and running again.
Hard Reset the Chromebook
This can often resolve power issues.
- Press and hold the Refresh key (⟳) and tap the Power button.
- If the Chromebook starts, release the Refresh key.
If this works, your Chromebook may have been in a low-power or unresponsive state.
Check for Charging Indicators
- Plug in the charger and look for:
- LED light near the charging port (usually amber or white).
- Screen flicker or battery icon on the screen.
- If there’s no light or response, try a different power outlet and USB-C port (if available).
Try a Different Charger (USB-C)
- Ensure the charger is USB-C PD (Power Delivery) compatible and rated for 45W or higher.
- Some third-party chargers may not supply enough power.
Disconnect External Devices
- Unplug any USB devices, SD cards, or peripherals.
- Hold the Power button for 10 seconds, then try turning it on again.
If none of the steps work, we suggest you please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.
