How often should I clean the fans on my HP laptop?

Clean the laptop when its temperatures begin rising unusually or when the fans run faster and louder than normal under the same workload. A calendar-based schedule is only a rough guideline, not a strict rule, because every environment is different. When time comes, removing dust may not be enough; Old thermal paste has to be replace it with a good-quality thermal paste as well.
