When you forced the installation of a non-Windows OS onto an HP laptop that came preloaded with Windows, you took over complete ownership for maintenance and repair of the laptop. We can not help you now. You should not have done this without a way to restore the previous OS.
You will have to find a local laptop service facility and pay them to restore Windows to your laptop.
