Hi. Ive been having issues with my Cmos battery. When I start my computer after having it turned off, it shuts off and turnes on multiple times, before showing me a Cmos message. The message reads as such: The Cmos battery is bad or was recently replaced. If you continue to see this message, consult hte system user's guide for more information. 

 

I have bought and replaced, both the Cmos battery and the computer battery. Yet this message still occures. I dont understand what it means with system user guide. The laptop will only start up if charger is plugged.
