Hi. Thank you that responded. The situation is as follows: 1 the motherboard does not start, black screen, CPU fan runs, led on Caps lock blinks 2 times, According to the table of faults follows the destruction of the BIOS image. The voltage U25, U22, and U31 U8 - OK. You should remove the flash memory is programmed and mounted on the motherboard. If the mother does not start, probably faulty U25. The BIOS image I need in HEX format. Thank you.

You can use a free hex editor and extract the hex data yourself from the .bin of the BIOS

You can unzip the BIOS .exe with WinRAR or 7Zip and find inside the *.bin file and then you should be able to read that with the hex editor.
