Product: Compaq cq61
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My notebook wont start. When i turn it on the Screen is black and those 3 leds at the bottom flashes. The capslock and numlock is turned on and cant be turned off. I bought it used and the charger was missing so i bought an new aftermarket one. The charger delivers out 19v/4.74a.

any suggestions what the problem is?

Note: when i start the **bleep** thing without the battery, its just the power button led turned on and the other two doesnt light/flash. Still nothing happens.
