I want to reinstall my compaq presario sq61 after a long time of no activity.
But at boot, it asked me at boot three times a password (never asked me that before...) and finally show me the message :
Can you help me.
This problem was resolved for several people before me by send them a new password...
Any idea for me?

i used the link, but for them, it seems that my presario is not supported anymore by HP.
Does it mean that my portable can not be used anymore?
