Hello,  I have had my new probook for one week and today it completely shut down. I can’t get the keyboard to work and the on and off button isn’t working.  There is nothing except the Hp logo and the wolf security logo on the screen. I wasn’t in any insecure websites.  Help please 🙏

Please run diagnostics to see if there is a hardware problem.

Tap the ESC key after powering on to run diagnostics.

If you cannot get into diagnostics then try a hard reset

Turn off the computer - hold power button down for 30 full seconds then release. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
