Microsoft Windows 11
Computer crashes after booting, generally within 5 minutes. Blue-screen error message: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. HP technicians have theoretically 'fixed' this twice. Last week was the most recent 'fix'. It has crashed twice since then. All drivers, including video drivers, are up to date.
