My Computer doesn’t start up. It just sends me into a “choose keyboard screen” and then a blue screen with the options to close the pc or troubleshoot. I have tried the windows repairs and tried every option. I also cannot factory reset my computer. I ran a system test and I got a failure ID: 0LPN6C-7T6A4S-XD7WMA-60UG03. Anyone know what to do?

Hi
Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure so a replacement HDD is needed.
As your PC is late 2015 model this may not fully apply....
From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 7 & 10)
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
OR
This may require another PC. Find and Download your .iso from…
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Expand/Extract/Burn the iso Image onto a DVD/USB as needed.
Microsoft’s Creator Tool will make the required DVD or USB.
