Product: HP Notebook 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New computer and when on a website the screen will freeze up and flash black (almost like the website is refreshing but not). It will flash black just for a few seconds and then I can view the website again. Today however, it locked and flashed black 6 times in a row at one point. 

Any help or ideas?

@shlee4 Is this limited to when you are on a website? or did you not check if it happens offline as off yet? If yes, could you check and let us know?

Meanwhile, please update the BIOS, Graphics card and the chipset drivers: click here to find and install the same
