When i turn my computer on it says press F2 and then comes up with a screen that says memory test hard drive check language and exit what do i do?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

I suggest you run the Memory and Hard drive test to confirm the Hardware functionality

 

If all the Test pass, you need to reinstall Windows.

 

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file inorder to install Windows operating system. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06162205 to Use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)
