Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey guys, 

I was doing some designing work on my laptop and also charging at the same time. The laptop just went off all of a sudden and it also stop charging neither is the laptop showing any sign of charging. I have remove the battery and hold the power button for 15secs but it's not coming on. Please help out on this. Thank you
