Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Compter crashed today and now won't start up. Blue screen and i have gotten several different error messages. It has tried going into automatic repair but just sits. I appreciate any help.

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model or product number. Here is how to find it:

Model number

First try performing HP hardware diagnostics at boot. It could be a hardware problem.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and repeatedly keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.

Model: HP ENVY - 17t-bw000 CTO - Product # 2YY27AV

I have tried F11 and that won't open the system recovery

It will go into the diagnostic test using the ESC key on Startup. I have run almost all test and all have passed.  I am running the System Extensive Test now

The computer Starts and then crashes to a Blue Screen and have received several different error messages.  

The Automatic Repair program starts and then crashes as well.  

Is there a recovery disk that you can download?
