Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows had an update last night. I set my computer to update and restart, but it never restarted. I don't get anything on the screen, but I can hear the drive engaging and then I get a little beep as it stops. Then it tries again, over and over in a continuous loop. The screen is completely blank. When it's trying to turn on, there is a white light on the side of the computer that comes on; It goes off when the effort to start ends. I'm a teacher and rely on that laptop for everything.
