Thank you! I have a hard drive on order and will be able to install it and reinstall the factory image with minimal difficulty thanks to all your help. I really appreciate your thoroughness and timeliness in your response to my posts!

Well, I had a good run with no BSODs since Jan 3. However, I just this afternoon had 2 BSODs in a short period of time. So, the factory reset of my laptop and replacement of my SSD apparently did not solve my problem(s)! Or I have new problems.
Here are the BSOD errors:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL What failed: fvevol.sys
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA What failed: win32kfull.sys
Any further suggestions to troubleshoot?
