Please help. My BIOS file appears to have been corrupted. When I try to boot up the laptop, the caps lock light just keeps blinking forever but the laptop doesn't start. It's a Spectre x360. Any known fix for this?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand that your HP notebook Bios is corrupted. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03518165 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
And, also try the below-recommended steps:
- Firstly, remove the hard drive from the computer.
- Once the hard drive is removed, turn on the computer without the hard drive- While booting as the computer doesn’t detect a hard drive, it’ll automatically roll back to the previous bios.
- Put the HDD back in and turn it ON. It might give an error about the improper shutdown. Just click continue and it should boot to windows.
