HP ENVY Ultrabook 6-1010ep

I have an old HP Envy 6-1010ep, Product B6X66EA#AB9. This is an old notebook from 2012, and HP no longer provides software or drivers for it (it is marked as "retired").
The PC doesn't boot, the Caps Lock periodically blinks twice then pauses, which points to a corrupted BIOS.
I accidentally deleted the partions on the 32GB mSATA SSD drive containing the HP_TOOLS and the HP_RECOVERY partitions.
I tried booting from USB using several methods and key combinations found on the internet, with no results: the computer doesn't boot.
I'm trying to restored the deleted partition, and I need the recory disks. I never asked them, so I think I still have the right to request one copy.
But I cannot contact HP by email, because the computer is out of warranty. I can I get the recover disks?

Thank  you

Thanks for your reply, @Alden4

Unfornutalley (or not 🙂 ), I'm looking at the motherboard as we speak, with a SOIC 8 test clip on my table, right about to try an onboard flash of one or two of the BIOS chips.

I had already spent hours trying every possible boot key combination to boot from a flash usb, installing every kind of stuff to  the original system SSD drive and so on. All of this for a 11 years old notebook.

It may not work, but at least I'm having lots of fun.

Greetings

It worked, the notebook is alive again. Thank you @Alden4 for pointing me to the support contact.
