I was in the process of uploading software for work purposes per technical support with my job, and my computer did a automatic reset. Once the computer rebooted I was unable to use it at all. I attempted to delete the recent software that I downloaded to see if I could at least get into the computer I unfortunately was brought to a Blue screen to Reset or Advance Option. I have tried Both options and have been unsuccessful. Now I am trying to at least do a Hard reset and I have still been unsuccessful my computer is not responding. Could Anyone Please Assist Me? This is My Work From Home Working Station. Thank you in advance!

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on. . Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics. If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty and Click here for world-wide contact info
If you can pass the memory and disk test then try a restore point.'

Since the the startup repair failed then try the restore point.
This video describes how to use a restore point. Ignore that it shows windows working. Clicking on 'System restore' will bring up the list of restore points similar to what is in the below video.
