Hi @mamuktadiralmah,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for providing the detailed information. We understand that after the BIOS chip was reprogrammed, the notebook started working again, but TPM 2.0 is no longer displayed in the BIOS, and the touchscreen is no longer detected.
Please first confirm the BIOS version currently installed:
- Turn on or restart the notebook.
- Immediately press F10 repeatedly to enter BIOS Setup.
- Check the installed BIOS version under Main > System Information.
The BIOS currently listed on the HP ProBook 430 G6 Notebook PC (4SP85AV) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support is 01.33.00 Rev.A, released September 22, 2025. Please confirm whether this is the version currently installed.
If an older version is installed, download and install the latest BIOS only from the HP driver page for the HP ProBook 430 G6, product 4SP85AV. Keep the AC adapter connected and do not turn off or interrupt the notebook during the update. HP recommends using only the BIOS supplied for the exact HP product.
After installing the BIOS, restore the BIOS defaults:
- Restart the notebook and repeatedly press F10.
- Press F9 to load the BIOS defaults.
- Select Yes to confirm.
- Press F10 to save the changes and exit.
After the restart, enter BIOS Setup again and check the Security section for the TPM settings. If TPM is listed, make sure it is enabled. Do not select Clear TPM, particularly if BitLocker or Windows device encryption is enabled. HP’s TPM guidance recommends installing the correct current BIOS and enabling TPM under the BIOS Security settings when TPM is not detected.
If TPM remains completely absent from BIOS and the touchscreen is still not detected after installing the correct HP BIOS and restoring defaults, we do not recommend further BIOS programming through the Community.
Since the BIOS chip was directly programmed and both TPM and touchscreen functionality changed afterwards, please take the notebook to an HP Authorized Service Center. The service technician can verify the system-board identification, factory configuration, BIOS programming, and touchscreen hardware connection and determine the appropriate repair.
Please confirm the currently installed BIOS version and whether TPM appears anywhere under the BIOS Security menu.
I'm an HP Employee.
