My system crashed when I was attempting a factory reset. It started a boot loop of “please wait” followed by “undoing changes”
Is there anyway to do a factory reset at this point? F11 continues the same screens. System check shows a failed hard drive check. Recommendation is to reinstall OS but I don’t have a disc drive and it didn’t come with a USB back up. Computer is over 6 years old.

After you replace the failed 512 GB NVMe SSD, you can use the Microsoft media creation tool to make a bootable USB installation flash drive to reinstall W11 (2nd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
A recommended NVMe SSD replacement: I'd go with the 1 TB model since the 500 GB model shows it to be only $3 less.
