Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently tried getting into my laptop and cant get hit with this i 72247817 what does this mean please help

It means who ever owns a laptop, has set a bios or power-on password to prevent others from accessing their computer.

If you own the laptop and are under warranty, you can contact HP for help with the issue.

We cannot do anything for that problem here in the forum.
