I migrated from ubunto to Win10 Pro (x64).
Downloaded all drivers needed, including bios update application. After upgrading BIOS, the error message above appears.
The memory was working fine before BIOS update and when using Ubuntu.
The BIOS update notes say that there I cannot downgrade to previous BIOS version due to updated security reasons.
I am unable to continue boot, nor enter bios when this error comes up unless I remove the sodium 4gb memory module that is DDR3L SDRAM as prescribed for my machine.
