Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 17-ce2055cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I LOGGED IN TO MICROSOFT ACCOUNT AND UNDER DEVICE I CLICKED ON LAPTOP HIT THE LOCK BUTTON TO LOCK REMOTELY, BUT NOW I CANT UNLOCK THIS ARE THE MESSAGES THAT APPEAR.

 

THIS DEVICE IS LOCKED BY AN ADMINISTRATOR. HAVE ANY ADMINSTRATOR SIGN IN TO UNLOCK.

 

AN ADMINISTRATOR HAS RESTRICTED  SIGN IN, MAKE SURE YOUR DEVISE IS CONNECTED TO INTERNET, AND HAVE YOU ADMINISTRATOR SIGN IN FIRST.

 

WHAT CAN I DO ? TO UNLOCK ?
