Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop Elitebook Folio 9470m cannot boot up and goes into recovery mode.  It then asks me for the BIOS Administrator password.  I do not know what it is as I was given the laptop.
