I WANT HP DMI TOOLS FOR MY LAPTOP HP PROBOOK 640 G8 FOR ISSUE IN ID'S INFORMATION

HP DMI tools are proprietary software that is not available for download to the public.

 

You will have to take your notebook to an authorized HP PC repair center to have the information you need 'tattooed' into the PC's BIOS.

in my country there is no authorized HP PC repair center , and I've a problem the serial number on the back of my laptop in not the same in the system, and when i check the serial number that is in the system and in the BIOS  i find another laptop ( hp elitbook  650 G10 ) but this not my laptop , plz help me if you know anyway the rrecover the original serial number the BIOS

There's nothing any of us can do to help you change the serial number of your notebook's motherboard to the one on the case.
