It is indeed quite unfortunate that the issue still persists and as I mentioned before you may contact the HP Phone Support to get a free hardware repair service (if the computer is within the HP Warranty).

 

Although if you wish to replace the CPU heatsink / back plate on your own and need the right parts, please click here to visit the official hp parts store, ensure you select your product number from the list to obtain the accurate part number.
