DVD driver Doesnt apper in boot menu

Hello @Dragoon555

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

This may happen because of variety of reasons:

- the PC does not recognize the DVD you are trying to use as bootable one - it is not written properly to be able to boot it from

- settings from the BIOS

I am kind of excluding the option for DVD device corruption because Windows can see it. Are you able to indeed read the DVD from within Windows ?

Can you provide more information about what you are trying to boot from ? How did you write the DVD ? Any details or even pictures from your camera/phone would be great.

Thank you
