After resetting my laptop I'm stuck on a loop during start-up that says, "There's a problem that's keeping us from getting your PC ready to use... " I tried to reset again in advanced options but its telling me, "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made."
What can I do to get back into my laptop? I went into recovery options but it won't accept my administrator password.

Hello @Kyakel
Welcome !
It seems to be the Reset procedure did not complete successfully in your case. The recovery partition may not work on your PC due to corruption - this may happen due to hardware issues or Windows Update which may corrupt the Windows installation corruption.
- In order to fix the issue, you may reinstall Windows 10 - fresh clean Windows installation. Details are provided in the PDF file attached below - make sure you check it out.
- Make sure you to also test your hardware using the Esc/F2 option from inside BIOS/UEFI. Here is how to do it >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA
- Hardware issue is less likely to be the cause of the problem. However, just to be 100% sure, make sure you follow this simple and fast step to rule out a potential hardware problem
