Unfortunately all of those links give me a Page Not Found with the message "Oops! We can't find that page".

This one oddly enough gives me an even stranger page that says 404 Not Found "The requested URL /ctg/Manual/c06634821.pdf was not found on this server." Maybe it's a regional issue?

If it's a regional problem you could try a VPN-Provider like ExpressVPN with a server in the US.

But if there is still a warranty just send it back. It's not according the specification!

I have this same issue and have not been able to resolve it. There must be a BIOS solution because I do not have Windows installed on this laptop at all. Windows has not been on it since a couple of hours after purchasing.

Buenas noches, soy técnico informático y me he encontrado con este problema, he visto que varios de vosotros estáis en la misma situación…

He encontrado una solución:

1- Un USB Windows y & Un USB espacio libre mínimo 32Gb/64Gb

2- Instalan el Sistema Windows en ese USB

3- Se descargan el driver de Intel y lo desactivan.

4- Reiniciar el equipo y desconectar USB con el Windows instalado.

Con esto deberían de poder solucionarlo.

Un abrazo!

Good evening, I am a computer technician and I have come across this problem, I have seen that several of you are in the same situation... I have found a solution:

1- A Windows USB and & A USB minimum free space 32Gb/64Gb

2- Install the Windows System on that USB

3- The Intel driver is downloaded and disabled.

4- Restart the computer and disconnect USB with Windows installed. With this you should be able to fix it.

A hug!

I had the same issue. I had no option to disable RST and I had no way to install Ubuntu. However, I was able to install Chrome OS Flex without any issue.
